Life is Short – Do Work You Love (w/video)

I recently purchased the Gallup Strength Finders 2.0 test because a job that I was applying for required it to work there. It was a very interesting and worthwhile test and I highly recommend you take it yourself. One of the things that stood out most notably, though, was something that I read after the test in their downloadable e-book, Strength Finders 2.0.  Here’s what part of the article said: “Over the past decade, Gallup has surveyed more than 10 million people worldwide on the topic of employee engagement (or how positive and productive people are at work), and only one-third “strongly agree” with the statement: “At work, I have the opportunity to do what I do best every day.” Think about that for a minute.
